Our package services do not have an a la carte option. If you need something custom or less intensive, booking us for a day or a custom project may be a better option!

Since good branding and a complete logo suite are crucial elements for a successful website, we prefer to work with clients who are hiring us for a brand package/rebrand or who have worked with another professional designer to create their branding package in the past. If you already have a logo, will review your branding upon inquiry to see if it’s a good fit.

We do! Once we understand the scope of your project, we’ll discuss the different payment options we offer.

We accept credit cards, electronic bank transfers and checks. We impose a surcharge on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

With our website packages, you receive one week of post-launch support as well as training videos to walk you through the features of your website and how to make edits yourself. If you’d like additional support or help making updates, we offer monthly website maintenance packages as well as hourly rate services ($75/hr).

Let’s be honest… you’re here for the results, not the details of how we get it done. That’s why we keep our process simple - breaking it down into 4 steps.
Step 1 - Tell us about you
We sit down on a Discovery call to learn about your business and unique needs. If it’s a good fit, we nail down timelines, talk specifics, and set a project start date.
Step 2 - Client pre-work
This looks different based on the project but usually includes a questionnaire and collecting project assets (think website copy, photos, or branding samples you like, etc.).
Step 3 - We get to work
This is where the magic happens. You get to hand things over to us and sit back while we bring your vision to life. We’ll keep you in the loop while doing our thing - making your business look LEGIT through beautiful, strategic design.
Step 4 - Project wrap up
In this final step, we put the finishing touches on your project and set you up for success with any needed training/support or helpful project add-ons. We’ll make sure you’re confident and satisfied - ready to share with the world what we’ve been up to.
